Casa Oceanis, a family holiday home belonging to the Spence family is situated on a hill within the unspoiled fishing village of SALEMA which lies only a dozen kilometres to the west of Lagos.
Casa Oceanis is a stylish, spacious 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa which boasts a private pool, and wonderful uninterrupted sea views. The landscaped garden with fruit trees means one can squeeze a fresh orange for breakfast, pick a lemon for gin and tonics or, if fortunate enough to be there when they are in season, pick fresh strawberries, peaches or apricots.
Salema’s beautiful sandy beach and affordably priced restaurants are only a 5 minute walk from the villa and the major golf, tennis and leisure resort Parque Da Floresta is only a few minutes away by car.
