Casa Oceanis
has a spacious, airy and contemporary interior and is furnished to
a high standard. The elegant marble floored living and dining area
have patio doors leading to the covered terrace with its wonderful
sea views, garden and swimming pool. There are four large double bedrooms,
four bathrooms (2 en suite) a large fully equipped kitchen and a separate
laundry room. The large paved terraces and pool area have ample space
for sunbathing, eating ‘al fresco’ or relaxing and the small fruit
garden is laden with fruit in season.

The living and dining area is open plan and has large comfortable
sofas with ample seating for 8 and sliding patio doors with wonderful
sea views which lead on to the terrace and pool area. There is flat
screen TV, DVD and CD player. The dining area with dining table and
chairs for eight is open plan and separated from the living area by
a large log burning fire for the cooler winter evenings. Sliding patio
doors from this area also lead on to the terrace with its fantastic
sea views.

The large fully equipped kitchen has a tiled floor and marble worktops.
The modern cooker has six gas rings and an extra large oven; there
is also a microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, juicer, kettle, toaster
and coffee machine. In the laundry there is a washing machine for
your use. Additionally, there is an extensive array of china and glass
ware for both indoor and outdoor use and all the usual kitchen accessories.

Bedroom 1: A large, bright and
airy bedroom situated upstairs with sliding patio doors on to a private
patio with stunning sea views there are two large luxury beds, fitted
wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with WC, bidet, sinks and
shower.
Bedroom 2: this spacious bedroom
which is situated downstairs facing towards the sea and has sliding
patio doors which lead on to the terrace and extensive paved patio
area. There are two large luxury beds and vast fitted wardrobes. There
is a large en suite bathroom with WC, bidet, sinks and shower.
The sliding patio doors from this bedroom lead on to a covered terrace
and large paved patio area.
Bedroom 3: Another large bedrooms
with one luxury and one single bed and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom
which is across the hall has a WC, bidet, sinks, bath and shower.
The sliding patio doors facing the sea lead on to the terrace and
sunbathing area.
Bedroom 4: Situated at the side
of the house with a private sun terrace this large bedroom is well
furnished and has two single beds. The bathroom is situated in the
hall and has a shower, sink and WC.

The terrace and extensive paved area around the pool all have wonderful
sea views. The garden also consists of fruit trees laden with fruit
in season.
The stunning terraces and sunbathing area around the kidney shaped
swimming pool enjoy wonderful sea views and owing to its elevated
position a great degree of privacy. The outdoor dining table and chairs
seats eight and there is ample garden furniture and lots of space
for sun bathing, also another large paved area away from the pool.
At the rear of the house there is a wood burning pizza oven and a
large built in barbeque with rotisserie.

The villa is situated in a quiet fishing village called Salema which
has a couple of fantastic beach bars and approximately 8 restaurants serving
locally caught fish, seafood as well as meat, chicken and delicious
Portugese specialities, all at extremely reasonable prices.
The village of Salema has a beautiful sandy beach and there are many
more stunning deserted beaches close by. There are 3 excellent golf
courses within 30 minutes drive, Boa Vista, Penina and Palmares, and
one within 5 minutes drive. The surrounding area, being part of a
National Park has some beautiful walks.
